I took my daughter Natalie (9 years old) with me detecting at a site that has been producing Rev War artifacts. After setting her up on her Delta 4000 she soon found a couple of lead musketballs and then capped off the hunt with a 1831 Large Cent.

I just got a Gamma 6000, took it out for my first hunt at a Civil War camp I had hunted to death with another "top" brand detector, so I thought!! Hmmm, here are my finds, a us box plate marked "W.H. SMITH BROOKLYN", a knapsack hook, tent grommets, and a bunch of mini balls, one carved into a chess or game piece -- WOW!!!

Found with the Teknetics T2 Metal Detector

Hi Teknetics, I send you three pictures of my smallest coin ever found with my T2. One picture shows the coin next to a Roman Denarius. It is an Obole au Cheval from the Cadurque Celts from southwest France, near the city of Cahors. It dates from about 100 BC. It is only 0.3 grams, 7mm diameter and was about 6 cm deep, found in the All Metal Mode.
